1)..It bothered me how the horn sticks out past the front of the engine – so I “tucked the horn in” 3.5 inches closer to engine by removing the horn bracket and mounting the horn directly to the frame. The horn might be louder now, since it is no longer rubber-mounted.
2)..Later I replaced the stock horn with a Fiamm 72112 horn – about $15 USD. It is much louder now. I might add a relay which should make it a little louder
