To me, rear lighting is an important safety feature. My taillights are about 10 times brighter than stock, mainly due to Blinker Genie (makes TS also function as running lights), plus I have a Custom Dynamics taillight/brake light and LED bulb in the stock taillight.
1)…I added this Custom Dynamics light (see below) to the rear of my Rebel 500.
This is a great add-on to improve the brightness of your rear running lights and brake lights.
2)…I added Blinker Genie to the rear of my Rebel 500. It makes the rear turn signals also function as running lights.
