I leave my turn signal on sometimes, so I got some small lights that will face me to remind me to turn the turn signals off. They are 37 mm x 19 mm. They are too bright to aim directly at you, so you have to aim them angled away from you – but that works out great because drivers beside and behind you can see them. (If they’re looking.) They are about 70% effective – on bright days you might not see them until you look down.
They are lightweight so you can just use double-face tape to attach them under the bars. Photos of my new “keep-leaving-the-TS-on” reminder lights are below.
Headlight bucket wiring: Right side (photo above) – The Blue connector has 3 wires: blue is turn signal+, green is ground (-), striped wire is running light ……….. ……….. Left side (photo below) – The Orange connector has 3 wires: orange is turn signal+, green is ground (-), orange-white striped wire is running light
